Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

🔁 Subscriptions

• Recurring Deliveries: When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

• Billing: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless prepaid.

• Auto-Renewal & Cancellations: Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by following the management links provided in your order confirmation emails.

📦 Pre-orders

• Overview: Pre-ordering allows you to reserve an item that is out of stock or soon to be available.

• Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout, store your payment method securely, and charge the remaining balance when the item is fulfilled.

• Cancellations: You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

🏷️ Try Before You Buy

• Authorization: When you select a "try before you buy" item, an authorization hold will be placed on your payment method prior to order fulfillment.

• Trial Period: You will have a specified time window to evaluate the item.

• Charges: If you choose to keep the item (or do not initiate a return within the trial period), your payment method will be charged for the full amount once the trial expires.
